Arranging a wedding at comparatively short notice (weeks as opposed to months) owing more to availability of all parties rather than any other reason! Clive, the man on the spot, met us, discussed the needs of the bride and groom, sorted menus, decoration and other services that the hotel could offer. All went very well on the day, but the key part was the support and attitude of the staff, which was exceptional, worthy of Clive's leadership.
