( only place I can find Frozen whole Chestnuts,, & not just at Christmas,, I try to keep some in freezer all year).Have great Spirit range....Lovely store.. just wish Farnham wasn't so terrible to visit..its a Nightmare.

The members of staff are probably one of this company's greatest assets. Every single time we ask them a question, they seem to know the answer and they are friendly about it. The people at the tills are always lovely and helpful. There is an impressive variety of food and there is an excellent cheese counter. We have yet to use the cheese counter, but it looks attractive and delicious. The members of staff appear to take pride in their jobs and are enthusiastic. I recommend this place. This was my first visit to this outlet and maybe was expecting a lot, and so was slightly disappointed to note that the shelves were not fully stocked, there was a problem with their checkout systems and people had to pay for parking (when compared to other supermarkets close by). Having said all that, their customer service was very good which made up for some of these problems.
