We enjoyed our stay at this Fleet Premier Inn. The service was very friendly and very helpful, and the air conditioning during this unusually hot spell was fabulous. The breakfasts were fine and the rooms were clean. Especially great was the proximity to the train station which is just a short walk away! A perfect spot to visit family in Fleet and then take the train into London to see the wonderful museums, sites, and shows without paying outrageous hotel costs in London. One of the staff, Loki, was very helpful.

I've stayed at the Premier Inn Fleet several times because of work and the railway station. Unfortunately, the last time was not up to it's usual good standards. I was walking in the bathroom on the morning of checking out, and my socks were sticking to the floor. I wiped the floor with a damp cloth and it was filthy, dirty! I reported it to the receptionist, who offered use of a shower in another room, but by that time, I just wanted to leave. First off, this is around the 8th time ive stayed here for work. Room wise, fantastic and better than alot of other premier inns I visit for work. Clean, tidy, good bathroom standards and room care. Food wise sub par compared to others. Food is nice but the effort lacks to others. Dont be mistaken for beefeater vs premier inn kitchen. I really enjoy the Thai veg curry, have it regularly at premier inns, with an added chicken breast. However this is the only one which disappoints regularly. The rooms weren’t great and not very clean, dust on the lamps and behind the beds. It was also was cold when we arrived (13th - 15th Feb 26) we asked a couple times for the heating AC to be looked at but the AC was still blowing cold and it was only when Loki went above and beyond looked into that she turned it on for the rooms. She was very helpful! Provided extra towels when requested. Please pass on my praises to Loki.
