Great Coffee shop, highly recommend! I ordered an Iced Large Decaf Gingerbread Latte with Soy Milk, which is often misheard or incorrectly prepared at other coffee shops but the kind staff at Costa ensured my order was prepared as requested and that I was satisfied. Kind and helpful staff, reasonable prices and the new refurbished shop has a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

I visited here today with my friend for a coffee and lunch. I have to leave a review after witnessing the appalling, who I believe was a manager or team leader. The older lady who I believe had a slavic accent was treating the staff horrendously. She had an extremely hostile way of speaking to them, and you can tell the staff were upset by the way she was treating them. I as a customer hated seeing this, and the lady was actually making me and others in the vicinity rather uncomfortable, almost like a burden for being customers. I went to costa today to get a skinny iced latte with 1 brown sugar and I experienced the most disgusting service where I was told to say thank you for my order. I went in and placed my order by the server a young blond girl and she was very polite however the brunette that was behind her gave me a very unpleasant look. She began to make my order with full fat milk so I stopped her and asked for green top, she said did you ask for that when you ordered i replied yes of course i did.
