This is an exceptional store. I have never been to any fast food shop with consistently good service. Every single member of staff is so respectful and helpful. There is a middle aged Arab looking woman, she is so so kind. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to help so you know the management fosters this sort of good service. They come out to clean the order machines frequently and are there is food for every budget. Kudos to my local KFC ❤️

Visited this KFC on North End Road and had a good experience overall. The food was fresh and hot, especially the chicken which was crispy and tasty. Staff were friendly and the order came out pretty quickly even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean enough and the atmosphere was decent for a quick fast-food stop. I’d definitely come back again when I’m craving some fried chicken.

I would put 0 stars! I walked into this KFC and was ignored for over two minutes while the staff was busy chatting behind the counter. When one of them finally came over, they coldly told me to use the self-service kiosk without offering any help. Honestly, picking up an order doesn’t take that long, so I don’t understand why they were complaining when it’s literally their job. This is unacceptable. Terrible customer service. I hope management takes note and improves employee training in customer service and manners.
