Coming from India, I naturally lean toward bold, spicy flavours, so the overall taste felt quite mild for me. The Mushroom Pho stood out more and was my personal favourite, with a comforting broth and nice textures. Still, the flavours were subtle compared to what I usually enjoy, and i have had similar dishes elsewhere that suite
