This NO BAG policy is the most stupid idea yet, delivery taking twice as long. Not fair on drivers having to carry crates to customers door. Then customer has to either take crates with there delivery and bring back, or unpack at the door!. What about elderly, those with disabilities? Get a grip and return bags. Some customers are refusing now to shop with Iceland because of this policy 🙄 All for saving money but not when common sense goes out the window.
