“Clean, well staffed, and good food.”

We went to the good court after the cinema, and because we had 4 kids we picked McDonald's. We waited a good few minutes, and when we were given our food the straws were missing. Then we realised a ketchup was missing so I went back up again and got interrogated whether I'd already bought a meal. Since the printer wasn't working I didn't have a receipt, but I got my ketchup. Both my wife and I disliked the chips, something felt off about them. I'd never rate a McDonald's too highly but this definitely was one of the poorer ones.

Horrible experience. First of all, whoever out the lid on my diet coke clearly needs to be retrained. Juice all over me! Then, I open my 20 piece nuggets, there was not 20 nuggets but 17... Not to mention that one of them was not properly cooked! The staff were also laughing at my friend due to his order, he got 6 mayo chickens, this is horrid hospitality and I would expect better!

Everything time I order fizzy drinks it tastes like cherry and I’ve ordered coke twice and it tastes like cherry cola and thought it was a mistake but all my friends coke tasted like cherry cola

Worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten. Cold and customisation ignored. Crazy long wait for you food. You don’t get the food you paid for. Medium chips were the size of a small if not smaller.
