Bouncer was so rude towards me and my friends. He stood at the side chatting to people smoking and was wearing casual clothing, didn’t look like a bouncer! When we gave out ids over he was very rude towards us and said it wasn’t us as we were out for a wig night, then proceeded to swear at us, ridiculous, get your bouncers sorted or the appropriate training!

The staff were all lovely; however, our experience was ruined by the behaviour of the DJ working that evening. We had only just been seated at approximately 6:15pm when the DJ came over and placed a reserved sign on our table for 7pm. We explained politely that we had only just received the table and asked if another table could be reserved instead, as it seemed unreasonable for us to be moved so quickly after being seated. The DJ’s attitude towards us after this was completely unprofessional. They were visibly laughing and speaking about us to other staff members and friends near the DJ boo

Waited 10 minutes for service when it was absolutely empty as girl stood on her phone facing towards me. Then ordered drink that was advertised online as a certain price but paid full price without her telling me the total. Online the days for the deal are never specified
