Overall, a really good experience here. The atmosphere is lively and comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax after walking around the Quays. Parking is available closeby which is convenient, although it’s not free, so that’s something to keep in mind. The pancakes were honestly the best I’ve had in my life — perfectly fluffy, full of flavour, and worth going back for alone. Prices across the menu feel fair for the quality and portion sizes. Came here for an early evening meal with my partner. As it was sunny, we sat outside and the service by Hope was attentive, friendly and welcoming. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Food arrived promptly, very warm and tasty. Thank you to all the staff, front and back of house who partook in the service we received. Would recommend a quick stop, or booking! Saturday evening and they had a 2 for 1 deal on cocktails!!!

We had a fantastic time today Alana was our main server but everyone helped us when we needed it. Our food arrived while my daughter and husband were in the bathroom longer than expected so they put it under the heat lamps and offered fresh food if it is wasn't up to standard. The food was fantastic. Desserts were even better Highly recommend the schnitzel, beef burger, tiramasu and flower pot. The kids ice cream is gorgeous

We visited Bills Burgers in Gloucester and it was honestly amazing. The burgers were delicious, and the whole place just had a really welcoming vibe. The staff were great too, really friendly and happy to help, which made the experience even better. I also ordered a mocha, and it was so nicely presented that I had to stop and appreciate it before drinking it. Little touches like that really make a difference. Altogether, it was a lovely visit with great food, great people, and a really relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely go back!
