Cris was very rude, i am disable and with many cushons around me, i ask her to come , and with not a very friendly face and bad mood came to my table , i paid for extra caramel shot, i stated that it was not tasty ( even i paid extra shot) she said very rudely ! no! I am not putting more i nade it my self and i know i put extra!! Well,Not for me i have those drinks all the time in every costa, perhaps not the extra shot but the rudness on her voice and mood could be better as I am paying for her salary, she needs to be more nice and friendly ...very very poor customer service!!!

Moody staff!! I had before Christmas a mint latte. It was like drinking mouthwash! Then i thought id try the matcha hot. It was white and tasted of warm milk. I think the staff need to be properly trained on new drinks and cheer up a bit!

Well whatcan I say The coffee and toastie was lovely. The staff on the other had need training Not one smile infact disdain was the general expression...I needed suger and was told its down the front... as if I had annoyed her by the question and when I still couldn't see it another customer had to help me out. I have sat and watched to make sure it wasn't just me they disliked but they are the same with all. If they are going to charge extra for the privilege of being served and sitting down then your servers need to be a little more customer friendly. ...

Very friendly staff. I used my own flask with no quibble. There were people on computers and others playing cards. Nice friendly atmosphere. Clean toilets.
