I am a member of Andy's Man Club, Gosport Branch, and each Thursday morning, we take the largest, longest table as a group, where we are free to chat, in a more, light hearted, relaxed atmosphere. We love this place, as we get great service, great coffee and have built a rapport with the lovely staff. They have a wonderful product and a great customer loyalty scheme, and whilst at times, we can appear chaotic, especialy when our group get rather loud and sometimes boisterous, nothing is too much trouble to the fabulous staff, who are happy, smiley and always very pleasant. Kim was amazing — went out of her way to help, carefully packaging them and posting them back to me. Such kind, honest and thoughtful service, which is rare these days. Good coffee and nice cakes. All the staff are really friendly. The store can get very busy at times which can make you wait a bit longer, but the coffee and service is worth it! All the staff members are lovely, the lady in the mornings is always very cheery.
