Too noisy, can't hear yourself talking, pots and cups seem to be clean, chesee sandwich was ok, nothing special, tissues are extremely poor quality doesn't adjust the prices They're charging for what they serve, toilets are out of order which is not acceptable, serving food without toilet facilities mustn't be allowed, won't be visiting again to eat but may visit for a cup of coffee 🙄

No gluten free options on the shelf, sandwich fillings are lacking substance for the price, always fell a little rushed even when there is no queue, but the staff are lovely, kind and always seem happy. The coffee shop is always clean.

Costa, in Grays, Essex, makes the best Caramel Latte. Piping hot (at my request) not warm and super frothy and tasty. The lemon curd tart is also such a naughty treat. Staff friendly and nice to see how efficient they are cleaning tables
