35 mins wait for a plain hamburger happy meal and a milkshake, without an apology. This is at least the 4th time this has happened at this Upton branch, waiting anywhere between 15 and 35 mins for a simple child’s meal through the drive through. Ridiculous service, yet you can drive through the Bidston or Prenton one without issue and quickly drive away with what you have ordered. Actively avoid this branch.

Drive in closed when I arrived so had to go into restaurant for order, 2 breakfast muffins with orange juice over 20 minute wait. Sure they advise as a fast food restaurant. No apology given and it's just one of those days as a excuse.

Ordered food via just eat app. Order never arrived even though it said delivered courier clearly didn’t ask for code. I’ve had issues in the past usually missing one item but this time macdonalds have surpassed themselves. Never ordering from them again nor will I be using just eat either. .

1hr50 I have waited for my food to arrive with a ‘slight delay’ on the restaurant’s side of things, food freezing cold and drinks spilt everywhere as they don’t know how to put lids on correctly. Upton has got to be the worst McDonald’s on the Wirral.
