Came here on a day trip to Malvern and it was around 3pm when it's bound to be quiet so I can't comment on when there's a rush on. Menu was a very clear and simple jacket potatoes/sandwiches/toasties/paninis and a decent range of hot and cold drinks. Menu and prices also clearly displayed in window before you go in, which is always useful. There was also a selection of inviting looking cakes on the counter. Reasonable prices too.
