I am a regular customer. I have given the same review before as well, but there has been no improvement. The puff is like an empty box from the inside . There is just spread of flavour…. Still I like the test…need to improve money worthy quality

I visited Pacati Café in Harrow last week on a weekday afternoon. I was really excited to try their puff, especially since this is their newly opened branch and I had heard good things about it. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a regular puff, but it was extremely dry and clearly not fresh. The potato filling inside was completely dried out and tasted sour, which made it seem like it had been sitting for a long time. I informed the staff that the puff was stale and not fresh. They offered to replace it, but the second puff appeared to be from the same batch and
