I had a great experience at Sapphire House. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Everything was well prepared and tasted amazing. The waitress, I believe her name was Pavi, was especially friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She provided excellent customer service with a warm smile. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be going many more times. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, but what made the experience even better was the service. I went there for iftaar during rush hour, so our food came a bit late, but the staff were so polite and friendly. One of the staff members even apologized twice for the delay. I really appreciated the kindness. Great food and great service! (They gave complimentary soup and dates as well)

Lamb Schwarma was very tasty and the chips had a lovely marinate on it, great value for £13 on a busy high street. Definitely recommend you give this a try, as food is freshly grilled and prepared, waiting time is around 15 minutes. Bonus is the car park behind the restaurant which gives 1 hour free parking.
