Right, I am not a food critique but what happened to the quality here? I used to be a regular at the Old Street branch, I haven't been since moving, did the burgers get smaller? Also the fries were super inconsistent, some crunchy, some soft, some rock hard, it used to be much better. Service was annoying at best, we had 3 different people looking after us, one getting a table, one taking the orders and one bringing the food. It wasn't busy, maybe 3 other tables and we had to wait over 10 minutes to have our orders taken, it would have been nice to at least order a drink whilst we were sitting

Food was delish, and almost everything can be made gluten free! It's not the biggest place and can feel a bit crowded, however the servers were kind but unfortunately there seemed to be a shortage of staff as we had to wait long periods of time before finally being able to flag one of them down. Sadly the time it took from when we placed our order to actually receiving our meals was too long, so will think about whether we want to come again, especially if we're really hungry...

I had an amazing experience at this burger restaurant! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious — the burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, the sides were fresh and flavorful, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. A special shoutout to our waiter, David, who made the whole experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
