Train station and carpark literally straight opposite. Spacious rooms come with complementary tea coffee chocolate biscuits and bottled water. Heated radiator and heated mirror in the bathroom with walk in shower. Beds just the right firmness. Windows that open in the room to let fresh air in. Air conditioning can be as hot or cold as you prefer. Free WiFi and unlimited drink refills for guests. So remember when you order breakfast you don't choose unlimited refill.

Messed our order up in the 3 for £15 small plates deal.. didn't want to cause a fuss and complain by sending it back as 1 out of the 3 dishes was wrong. Ten minutes later a woman came over, took a garlic bread off us half eaten and said we didn't order it so she's throwing it in the bin. Perfectly good food wasted due to a mistake.. should've said something in hindsight but what an over reaction to a garlic bread 😂

The worst meal we've had in a wetherpoons by far, which is quite a high bar to set. The spicy meat feast pizza was raw in the middle, the dough was inedible you could see the cubes of uncooked cheese in there. Tuna panini wasn't toasted was just bread. Ironically the chips were burnt and the oil should have been put out of its misery at least a week ago. We asked the server twice to speak with someone from the kitchen, she in all fairness was lovely hence the extra star in the review but we didn't want a replacement meal. All we wanted was to speak with someone responsible for the woeful food
