Hi I am the niece , Im absolutely furious about our experience at your restaurant. Not only was the staff incredibly rude, but they outright lied to me when I pointed out how oily my food was. They tried to blame it on the chickpeas, which is ridiculous! When my aunt spoke to them, they conveniently admitted it was a new recipe they were trying out, but they couldn't even bother to inform us beforehand. I order the samosa chat every single week, so you'd think they could have given us a heads-up. Now, I'm dealing with severe food poisoning because of it. And if you don't believe how much oilie

Lovely cafe, loved the board games tables Food was ok nothing special, mostly frozen stuff re heated. What let it down for me, was the customer service from the young girl working there she had 0 customer service skills, so glum, just no Etiquette whatsoever on how to talk, basically forcing herself to give a one worded reply, even that was too much for her, which made the conversation so awkward as I wanted to know her recommendations. Would not go back because of her. If you want your cafe to do well i suggest you get better staff who have basic customer service skills unlike her.

Dont normally do this, got a passion smoothie. Tasted awful and rotten, like slmething was off. Even after mixing settled at the bottom. Expected better. Wasnt even a case of tasting sour it tasted rotten.
