Pleasant enough steakhouse, as a beefeater if you have been to one before you largely know what you are getting. The premises is very clean with excellent accessibility to local services located right in the centre of hamilton about 10 minutes walk from central station. Staff were courteous, steaks themselves are quite pleasant though the blue cheese sauce tastes a little synthetic

I really enjoyed my mixed grill and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately many menu items had sold out. I had to ask twice for ketchup and twice for the bill. The venue was lovely though and I’d probably still come again.

Beef eater? More like leather eater. Ordered steak sampler, medium rare. All three samples came out medium-well-done. Like chewing leather. Too hunger to ask them to take it back. Gentleman at the table behind us complained of done-ness and sent steak back to kitchen.

Great hotel. Staff really friendly and happy to help. Beefeater is also good. As we were on meal deal and there for 17 days we decided to mix it up a bit and eat out too. The food in the beefeater was great and the staff brilliant. No complaints. For fresh towels and room cleaned you only had to mention it to reception and it was sorted. Great premier inn👍
