Food was good for macdonalds. However no receipt on the machine which is OK if you don't want it. But I do. I was the only person awaiting fir food so no excuse. Someone should check it regularly

Had we known it would be this bad we would have gone to the one in the town centre nearby. Floors and tables were dirty and littered with food, used napkins etc. We had already ordered our food when we noticed the condition of the seated area. We had to wipe our table and chairs down and pick up food on the floor before we could sit down. We waited for a long time for our food. The chips were so dry that 2 of us couldn't eat them at all. There was an air conditioning unit above our heads blowing out cold air and making the napkins and lighter weight items on the table blow off. We were having

Jumped in for a McMuffin, first one I'd had in a while, and it was revolting to be honest. The muffin itself was very obviously stale, the egg had pieces of shell through it and the sausage was completely tasteless. Never again.

To date the worst McDonald's hot chocolate I've had. Stopped for a comfort break, and bought a pair of hot chocolates, and not something we'll repeat anytime soon. Place could do with a proper scrub down and was generally minging. Date of visit 29/12/2025
