This was the worst service I have ever experienced. What was meant to be an enjoyable dinner out turned into a very disappointing night. We ordered a Picanha for two and asked if it could be prepared half medium rare and half well done. The waitress initially said this wasn’t possible, but after I asked her to check with the kitchen, she returned and said it was possible, only to inform us then that Picanha was no longer available. A lovely restaurant. A bit different from the other Brazilian restaurants, it makes me feel like some home made food. Cozy environment, friendly and passionate service. Just a bit expensive but acceptable. They said live Brazilian music perform every Saturday night. Gonna dine in there again and I'm sure it would be another joyful dinner for the family.

I called the restaurant and spoke with Luana, who passed the issue on to the manager.
