We now enjoy coming to this Costa branch. Spacious, lots of space. Don’t feel crammed in. Nice and clean. Nice and warm and cozy in winter. All in all a nice ambiance conducive to a relaxed coffee experience.

Typical coffee shop beside train station - I think they are used to people knowing what they want to order, so pounce on you as soon as you enter. I have felt quite rushed to order a few times. Two toilets, one accessible. Not particularly clean.

This is our second time here, but the staff seems to be having a good time with the loud music. They were trying to get someone to sit down and drink coffee. They were arrogant and rude, saying the music couldn't be lowered. I see this is the norm at this Costa coffee shop!!! January 28, 2026, Wroclaw station, 6:00 PM. We want to make sure others know how to treat a customer in a degrading manner.
