Very impressed today with my coffee. The barista on service was so busy on her own at the time and coped so well whilst making a perfect oat milk latte whilst also keeping the tables etc clean & tidy! Excellent work so five stars from me! 👏👏👏👏

I really like Nero it’s good coffee it’s not cheap but the customer experience I just had was so poor. I work as a barista myself and know that it’s a long day but the guy who served me was utterly miserable which made for an unpleasant experience

Zero zero zero. How the hell can you have 1 poor staff member working on her own with no break. This is illegal and needs to be addressed. 1 poor little girl seving a long que and shes getting stick from impatient customers. I've took the picture and will be addressing this with the local MP.
