This is my Big Mac meal burger with no sauce no cheese just a burger slapped between the buns this is pure laziness people to need make sure they check their orders because last time had missing items and now this and get they charge a bomb!

Disgusting can't even get through to them. This is unacceptable where is the quality control Not first time we had had food delivered in poor state or missing items from this store

Yet again this McDonald’s has got my delivery order wrong!! I received a sausage McMuffin instead of a bacon one and I hate the sausage. My iced latte also was 90% Ice there was barely any drink in there! I don’t know how they always make these mistakes it’s ridiculous

Not only were items wrong or missing off of pretty much everyone's order in store (including our own), but deliveries also had issues made by the staff here that did not take responsibility for their mistakes pinning it onto Just Eat instead. The lady there as well decided to give attitude saying 'and you've only just noticed?' when asking how long ago the food was ordered (for takeout mind you) and when coming back in to sort out the issue. It had been 2 hours since the initial purchase, we don't live local, and were grabbing a quick bite before packing up and heading home. Absolutely awful,
