Disappointing experience last night. Despite the 7:00 PM closing time, the staff had already shut down the coffee machines and toaster by 6:30 PM. I was the only customer there and couldn't even get a toastie heated up because they started closing early.

Went in today and now I remember why I stopped staff interaction with customers Nil coffee Luke warm but worse of all the place and toilet facilities are absolutely disgusting really needs a deep deep clean I don’t think I could buy food from here as major health issues concerns

Ita a shame as I like costa coffee.. But it's so dirty in there, it's not been decorated since it opened years ago.. And it really shows.. Not a good representation of costa brand..
