Great service from Annetta, she was very helpful, sorting out a lovely table near the open doors for me as I arrived earlier than my partner and like shade and breeze. She made a beer recommendation for him as he likes Moretti and he enjoyed it, Manchester craft! Food was spot on. Had the Nourish bowl with king prawns. V filling and tasty as you can see :) cocktails 🍸 to wash it down ;) definitely helped bring that happy Friday feeling! Thanks Elizabethan. A family fave for years ❤️. We shall be back. Highly recommend.

Came with large party of 25 people. Staff had reserved area for us all to sit. Pub very busy as it was a Sunday. Had to wait for main courses as some of the party had starters. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food came hot and plentiful. Tasty Lamb Shank although the extra money for a roasted version not worthwhile. Pudding sharing platter a little small portion wise. Good selection of beers. May come back when it's Lesbury to try again.

I took my parents out for Sunday dinner and our dining experience was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted by the lovely Nikki, who is the pubs landlady and manager. She was extremely pleasant and took us directly to our table with no fuss. Shortly after our server, a lovely lady called Jo, came and took our drinks and food order. Our drinks we're brought over promptly and our food came shortly afterwards. 2 lamb shank roast dinners and a Ham roast dinner, all looking totally amazing.
