There was a very helpful employee on the downstairs till area when I visited this Marks and Spencer a couple of day's ago! They made sure my return was processed there and then so that the amount could go towards the item that I was purchasing. I was also informed that I could use the remaining credit balance at their Cafe upstairs if I wanted to. Thank you very much; my visit to the store was made so much easier by the helpfullness of this employee!

Visited to buy some food. The food department is situated in the basement, somewhat subterranean. Nice choice of products, good quality but rather expensive. My jacket got caught in the hinge of my hand basket, member of staff told me that I wasn't the first. Easy to use service tills.

After visiting Marks and Spencer's cafe in Hereford today, was appalled at the 25 minute wait time to get served. There is not enough staff working and those who were, were flat out. I will not be having lunch there anytime soon and would advise anyone thinking of going, to check the length of queue before you join it!!
