Like the cinema, easy access for the disabled with a lift . The place serves costa drinks , alcohol , food and snacks . Place is always clean and generally staff are helpful and welcoming . Only criticism would be the over priced drinks and food , making a typical family very pricey with tickets .

I had a medical problem while there and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was so embarrassed and they made me feel so much better. Really great staff. Clean and well decorated and the projectors are really great saturation and quality

Watched the new Scream movie, managed to get tickets for only £6 each. Usually they are a lot more expensive, hence me not scoring 5 stars. Modern and clean building, friendly staff. Plenty of nearby parking. Comfortable seats, a good cinema with around half a dozen screes. Toilets are always well maintained. Food and drink is expensive.

Good cinema in Hereford. I went in screen 6 and the screen was clear and bright. The sound was quite good although the vocal audio channel was turned up a little too much drowning some of the background noise out. Bass was good and the ticket prices are reasonable. A step down from some other cinemas I've been to such as Odeon Luxe Telford (which was excellent) but still a really good cinema if your in the area as it's still better than some Cineworlds and Vue cinemas such as Shrewsbury and Merthyr Tydfil! *Edit- Have now been in Screen 4 & 5 and in those screens the sound was much better and
