Sadly a very disappointing experience. I was dining as part of a small group and the evening felt disjointed from the outset. Service appeared understaffed and unorganised, with no single member of staff responsible for our table. Instead, different people came over throughout the evening, which seemed to impact communication and consistency. My starter, calamari, was acceptable but on the chewy side, although it was served with a nice mayonnaise. Had high expectations because the place was busy and the interior design was incredibly cute! But had quite a few problems throughout the night 1. Had to remind the waitress to bring a pitcher of water to the table. 2. Ordered a bottle of sparkling water that completely forgotten. 3. Ordered the spaghetti bolognese and the sauce was incredibly oily. The flavors were still nice, but I had to tilt the bowl so as to drain the oil from the sauce. 4. Took my in laws for a meal with my husband & was actually embarrassed by how bad the food was. Every dish was frozen, bland & we were extremely unsatisfied at the end. Staff & Ambience were good but the food needs serious improvement.
