Extremely disappointing decline in quality and service We visited this restaurant for dinner recently, hoping for a nice meal as we had enjoyed it in the past. Unfortunately, the experience was one of the worst we’ve had. We ordered chicken karahi, paneer karahi, paneer butter masala, and naan. After waiting 40 minutes, we had to keep chasing the staff before the food started arriving one dish at a time. To make matters worse, they brought two paneer karahi instead of the paneer butter masala we ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, the waitress girl insisted it was the correct dish and

The MANDI was extremely oily and the chicken was so cold from inside we told chef to make this hot but he came with second chicken piece same thing, (we know you are using tandoori chicken in MANDI and selling but still we had because it’s okay for us once we used to have VERY NICE FOOD Here But now totally messy and very low quality ) rice stuck excessively to the hands, making it unpleasant to eat. The overall presentation around the table did not meet my Family expectations. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality.

The food was delicious, but what really made our visit special was the outstanding hospitality from Siddiqua. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. She thoughtfully packed our leftovers, making sure everything was neatly boxed and wrapped with cling film. She also helped the kids by preparing their lassis with straws, which was a lovely touch. We had an absolutely wonderful birthday celebration at Kings Darbar Restaurant, and I can’t thank the team enough for making it so special. They organised everything beautifully and went above and beyond to ensure the evening was memorable. The highlight of the night was the whole lamb grilled Mandi as a special dish perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and truly impressive. It was not just a meal, but an experience, and all my guests were amazed. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after from start to finish
