On a recent return to my local Costa I was greeted by a new face in the form of Cameron. What an exceptional gent he is. Between him and the amazing Linda I have been welcomed back with big love. I forgot how these places and the people who work there can make you feel and make you want to come back. COSTA BOSSES TAKE NOTE. We went in for a couple of drinks and were met with a really warm welcome. We didn’t catch the names of the lady and gentleman who served us but their service was 10/10. The drinks were an iced caramel latte, chocolate fudge frappe and a coconut, strawberry matcha. Brilliant and quick service and very tasty drinks

Costa Coffee {Heswall Branch) is located along Telegraph Road in the centre of Heswall near the traffic lights, at the intersection with Pensby Road/Telegraph Road. It is also not far from the independent book store, Linghams {see my other Google Reviews too, which as many know "are not verifiable" but nevertheless represent my honest opinion.) The Costa Coffee store in Heswall is typical of many others in the copy. It is a well run restaurant as it were, staff are friendly and courteousness, tables are always clean and tidy. Firstly! Super friendly staff " No news Papers :( which in Nottingham they use to have, but one of the staff gave me hers so 10/10 for her and I noticed she was so happy with every customer that came in. Service was fab too as I had my pup with me and the guy who served me offered to help me to the table. Coffee perfected, toasty not a 5/5 not enough cheese but that's not the staffs fault . So Costa is a 5/5 for the staff and will be back again and again for there Coffee and another + love the fact pups are allowed in .
