Last week we attended for a work baby shower & it was absolutely perfect. 13 of us had afternoon tea and 1 had lunch. Everything was set up lovely on arrival, instantly made to feel welcome by all of the friendly staff. Never needed to ask for a drink-we were regularly offered or topped up on the unlimited tea/coffee. The food was incredible, including very generous portions of beautifully homemade sweets & quiche, alongside delicious, very fresh sandwiches/fruit/salad. A lovely and charming café tucked away on a side street, yet right in the heart of Hinckley town. My first impression was very positive ~ both the interior and exterior seating areas were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and polite, making the visit even more enjoyable. The menu offered a good variety of food choices. We had breakfast, and the portions were generous, served hot and delicious. While there is no dedicated parking for the café, there are plenty of free street parking spots nearby, as well as a couple of large car parks within easy walking distance. Overall, a delig

We had afternoon tea for a baby shower, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea was amazing, could tell everything was homemade fresh. The selection of cakes was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Buttercream tearoom.

Fabulous experience at this cafe!! The ladies were lovely, the lady who served us went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They catered for soya, onion and garlic allergies (a difficult mix) but they coped very well and were so accommodating. Thank-you for adding a lovely coffee stop experience to our Father's day weekend getaway! Whilst not dog friendly inside, they are more than happy for them to be with us on outside tables.
