Have not visited Ponchinellos in a while. Ordered 2 pizzas and waited whilst they were booked fresh. Lovely young lady serving really pleasant attitude and very warm and friendly. It was a delight to hear Gianni (I assume the owner) talking to his small band of staff, explaining what he was doing, giving advice and guidance and lots of praise and feed back to encourage them. Great to hear and so lovely to send a great team working really hard together. Lovely atmosphere in there. And pizza was incredible 5 star ⭐️

Always gonna be my favourite pizza place, the pizzas are just purely delicious. The tomato bread is absolutely amazing, such a basic recipe but done so unbelievably well. Do wish this place was open more often thought.

Tried ordering, but they hung up on us after we asked how many slices the large pizza has. Would have been nice to try the pizza but oh well

Hi guys ! Went to ponchinellos Thursday night for what was supposed to be a nice meal inside the restaurant (not takeaway). To say we were disappointed was a understatement. The special ponchinellos pizza was not thin and crispy like requested (it was optional to have thin or deep) and nor was it even the slightest bit Italian, I should know as I'm Italian. And the pasta dish my partner ordered was served in the tin takeaway pots that it was cooked in. When dining at a restaurant you expect your food to come in proper dishes.. you know wine and dine. It tasted like a tin of chopped tomatoes
