What a great place for baked goods! I enjoyed Fortitude a lot. It was a bit busy, I had to wait for around 15 minutes. But don’t worry, it’ll be worth it. I ordered hot chocolate and some of the highlights, such as the beignets and a blueberry muffin. They all had the right amount of sweetness and the portions were perfect. Mostly everything is always takeaway. Theres not much space inside to seat and eat so make sure to have a plan b for that. The service was good, the staff were quite friendly and quick with the orders. I recommend passing by.

#bakery — incredibly popular bakery in London— be prepared to wait in a queue for at least 20mins if you come during the weekend. We came at 10am on a Sunday and waited in a 20 minute queue. It was a nice wait as it was on the side of a less busy road, so there was ample amounts of space to move around and wait. Their selection changes every day and it’s always a nice surprise to see what flavours they have available. We went for the kefta and labneh armadillo and it was great — pastry was lovely. The baked goods here are amazing — everything is incredibly fresh. The standout for me was the pistachio Italian cream bun, which was honestly one of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Perfectly soft, rich, but not overly sweet, with just a hint of vanilla bean in the cream and topped with the perfect amount of caramelized sugar on top. There was a queue when we arrived, but it moved really quickly. In terms of seating, there's not much, but they do have a few benches outside. Definitely worth the stop.
