Rua Coffee Bar is hands down the best coffee spot in London, and I don’t say that lightly; I’m there almost every single day (and I'm from NZ, where finding coffee of that quality in London is very difficult) The coffee is consistently exceptional, and the team are some of the friendliest, most welcoming people you’ll come across. It has a great community feel to it :) If you go, you have to try the Mont Blanc; it’s a new addition and genuinely one of the most incredible coffees I’ve had, especially perfect for summer. I was so excited to try Rua for the first time but unfortunately I ended up being disappointed. The service was horrible, the girl serving me didn’t make feel welcome at all, she was too rushy and didn’t even acknowledge me while I was waiting, she just said 10£ like okay ?? This kind of service is not acceptable and it’s something you would expect from chains at airports but even there I’ve had better customer service than here. While waiting for my latte, I couldn’t help but notice that the same girl was making my drink and she wasn’t even looking at the milk ? She just let the machine frot

Amazing coffee and lovely atmosphere! I’m glad they listened to the feedback in the past. I came on Saturday hoping to finally have a good experience since my last 2 were horrible because of the rudeness from the staff but this time I felt welcomed and it felt worth to pay for my coffee. Can’t wait to keep coming back on my way to Odeon.
