I just want to say I had another good experience at the Bay Tree in Holywood. The gluten free toast was great! And not too much bread along with the poached eggs and bacon. In other words - the right proportions. My bf was happy with the tomato soup also. Great service. ♥️

We had the mezze, seafood chowder, and lentil salad with warm goats cheese. Everything was very good and staff was very friendly. They explained all about the pescatarian and gluten-free options that they had and there was also a good choice of vegetarian options available. The cinnamon scone was very good, but it was a bit pricey, and I don't think there was any syrup in my lavender iced latte, but the banana one was very sweet.

Holy moly, coming from Australia where the cinnamon scrolls are legendary this perhaps was the most legendary cinnamon scroll I’ve ever had. The difference that sets it apart is the use of raisins and just really good quality ingredients. The coffee was also good (for Ireland)
