This was my first time visiting Bombay Wok — I actually found it on TheFork! I went to Hounslow to visit a friend and thought, hey, since I’ve driven 40 minutes, I might as well make an evening of it. And let me tell you, the restaurant did not disappoint, baby! Finally - my search for a decent halal Chinese meeting our taste finally bore fruit as we visited this place tonight based on a recommendation. Amazing experience. We tried Hot & Sour soup, Lollipop Chicken, Dry Red Beef Chilli and Szechuan Prawns - with Egg Fried rice and their signature nimbu soda. Each dish was perfection on its own. Its hard to please my wife (a starred professional chef) - and she approved of it in the first instance as did our little teen. Regret that we did not discover this place earlier.
