I feel this is such a community based Starbucks, what I mean is, they tailor for the people who come in. They have free dog treats, dog bowls, free ground coffee for you're plants etc. The staff are really friendly and helpful, we were served by a server named Kyle. He was really polite, professional and not pushy. The table was slightly dirty, within being informed they quickly came over and cleaned it. The shop was very busy. I had a latte with an extra espresso in, and the wife had the new Tiramisu Iced latte.

Entered the store to a huge queue. Waited approx 10 mins in queue. Was served and tried to order 2 toffee nut lattes, one with oat milk. Was told there was no oat milk. Had to order with almond milk instead. Was asked if wanted cream which I replied we did on both. Paid nearly £12 for both drinks. After I paid, was told there would be a 10 minute wait for drinks to be ready. Waited longer than 10 minutes for only one drink to be ready and another 5 minutes for the 2nd to be ready. When I receive the almond toffee nut latte, I opened the lid to stir it. There was no cream or sprinkles on it. I

Best coffee in town, even better than Costa. Nice location and can take the dogs in there after a walk down the sea front. We had sandwiches and fruit bread toast and that was really nice.
