A really nostalgic visit for me—this place brings back lovely memories of coming here after school with my family. I decided to treat myself (via uber eats) to some of our usual favourites. The steak roll with onions and peppers was the delicious —really enjoyable. I would have liked some salad included, though. The chicken roll was average; the sauce was nice but I remember it being a bit more minty, and again, some salad would have improved it. This place used to be the one back in the days!! Now some of them have left and it's been ruined absolutely stingy with the meat, like give a decent amount atleast, I even asked to pay extra on top for more chicken and he says no buy another portion. Prices gone higher quantity n quality less. Some items have even changed in taste. We would go twice a week before. I got noodles and there was about 4 chicken peices only, so I got this delivered and it came like this.

On my many travels to Leicester I keep on seeing Delicious Corner. I decided that I would make some time and give this place a try. Headed inside, it was a little bit busy and then it was my turn to order. When I asked the young man at the cashier for Green Tea, he says we don’t do Green Tea. Despite it was still written on the menu above his head. I pointed this out to him and he says “I don’t know why its still written there”. For me red flag 🚩no.1. So I decided to get a normal type of tea, a savoury bread crumbed chicken roll and a slice of chocolate cake. The food was ok to good. Red f

I love the Masala chips with cheese from this place. And my hubby loves the steak pastry. The only reason why I gave it a 4* is because I do think it's a bit overpriced for what you get... That portion of chips cost me £5.50!!
