McDonald’s on Netherhall Road in Leicester is quite a small restaurant with a small sized car park, although it does have a drive through. It is located on a main road which makes it easy to get to. They do have electric charging points available, however there is a 90 minute maximum stay limit in place. When we visited the service was unfortunately very slow. There was around a 10 to 15 minute wait for food and this affected not only us but other customers too. We did ask how long our order would take as the wait felt quite long. Fast food restaurant but served the food really slowly. When the nuggets arrived, it had HAIR AND DUST fried along with the nugget. I wonder how many other items were fried together in the same oil that had fried dust and hair in it. Asked for the manager and she simply took it away and gave me a new one like nothing had happened. Not even an apology. Avoid this place!

I visited Netherhall McDonald’s this morning and had a genuinely fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Adam, who was jolly, polite, and genuinely friendly. He went out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met and that my visit was a positive one. It’s rare to come across such natural, sincere customer service, and it really made a difference. Partway through my visit, the manager also came over to ask how my meal was - something you’d expect in a full-service restaurant rather than a fast-food setting. That extra level of care reall
