Really disappointing experience. It is a real shame to serve uncooked food to customers. I spent around £40 on this order, which is about 4 hours of my hard-earned work, and I received completely uncooked food. The paratha was frozen and wasn’t even cooked properly. It was still raw inside. I paid full price for a frozen paratha, and you couldn’t even cook the frozen one properly. I have frozen parathas at home too. The only reason I ordered from a restaurant was because I expected a fresh one, but instead I felt like I was fooled. If you don’t make fresh naan or fresh parathas, then please

I ordered online from you guys and I’m utterly disappointed. I ordered panipuri , masala pav and samosa chat. For the 40 piece of panipuri that’s the amount of aalo you gave me?? And there’s no onion or chilli in the aalo(I did asked for spicy) but no. The packaging is very bad. I can see you have small containers you couldn’t put the stuffs for the samosa chat or the gravy for the masala pav in those containers? The samosa chat and the masala pav were very soggy I couldn’t eat it. You can see the food you’ve sent me and if you don’t believe me that I couldn’t eat any of it I can click the pic

This branch is a disappointment.. I am a huge fan of SKVP and on a rainy day all I wanted was to have a homely food away from home. But this place in Ilford was a disappointment… We ordered pani puri, samosa plate missal pav and chole bature. Firstly, the attendant was very distracted. we requested that the pani puri and tea be brought in before the misal and chole bhature. But the first thing that comes to the table is the misal pav!
