My daughter took me there last night (February 7th) for dinner at 6 p.m. We had three courses plus a couple of drinks. To start, my daughter had the tempura prawns, and I had the pork belly. For main, I had the monkfish rendang, and my daughter the burger. We both had the crepes with Malteser ice cream, which Cafe 1 is renound for. Everything was fantastic, and the service was very good too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience at Cafe One! Everything we tried was delicious and cooked to perfection. The tempura king prawns were light, crispy, and full of flavour, while the pork belly was an absolute hit - tender, rich, and beautifully prepared. The Highlander Double Burger was another standout. Juicy, flavourful, and incredibly satisfying, it's a must-try for burger lovers. We also enjoyed the fresh oysters, which were brilliant with a squeeze of lemon and a dash of Tabasco sauce. We loved everything about our time at Café one. We made reservations months in advance in anticipation of our visit and travels through Scotland. They are a very busy establishment but the table spacing is nice and the food choices are excellent. All of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive. We can't wait to one day returned to Inverness and to café one.

As always very tasty food. Cracking pint as well. The Rendang is very good, but not a lot of fish in it. Tempura prawns were superb. I must say the service from Owen, on his first day was of a high standard 👍
