Had a lovely experience at Coffee Affair in Inverness. I ordered the chamomile and peppermint tea, and both were fresh, calming, and full of flavour. This is a gem of a place! I visited week before last- found it walking from the train station to down town. I ordered a chai non-dairy latte and it was delicious! They even asked if I wanted cinnamon sprinkled on top. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Prices were reasonable too. I never leave reviews, much less bad ones but I’ve been coming here for a while now because the coffee really is good though the food is overpriced. That being said I work in the service industry and the brown haired lady with bangs and an accent consistently has a horrible attitude, I don’t think I’ve ever even seen her smile much less treat customers kindly (and she’s there every time I go unfortunately). And the other low reviews about them asking paying customers to leave after an hour and having generally poor customer relations are in fact true. I’ve found somewhere else to get my coffee
