Im from a small Caribbean country call Belize. I've lived over in the UK for almost 10 years. In all my time here I have never had something more authentic to the Caribbean in any other restaurants. What an absolute golden discovery. I am still thinking about it. How is no one shouting about this place? It is genuinely one of the best meals I have had anywhere in the UK. I never imagined my first taste of Jamaican cuisine would be in Inverness, and certainly not at this level. We started with the chicken wings and the goat curry, and from the first bite it was clear we were in for something special. Every dish was a celebration of flavour. The meat was unbelievably tender, cooked to perfection. The goat curry, served with black bean rice and fruit, sounded unusual but worked beautifully

Very good food. However, there are a huge number of vegan options on the menu outside which is why we chose to come here. Once inside and sat down we were told there were only two. We got the vegan chicken korma, which took a while to arrive but was excellent. The service could be friendlier, and the place itself is very tired (sellotape on wall, sticky tables, lock hanging off the wall in the bathroom, hole in the wall in the bathroom).

First time here. I had goat curry which was the tastiest food I can remember eating for a long long time. I will be back next time in Inverness... Music pretty good, service excellent, very friendly... Chatted with Chef after meal, cool. Reasonable priced, amazing food. Honestly, try it. If you are usually underwhelmed by half assed service and overpriced bland food well this is different!! Edit: came back this time with different folk. Again food was amazing. We had Starters: mussels(5/5), Prawns(4/5), Achee and saltfish (5/5). Mains: Goat Curry (5/5), Jerk Chicken (5/5), beef stew (4/5) All
