Coffee was fine but the toilets were the worst I have ever had the misfortune to have to use! Months or even years of staining! Disgusting! Not fit for purpose and I just hope the kitchen or preparation areas are cleaner!

This branch of Costa is set in a great location in the centre of Ipswich, plenty of seating if you choose to sit in with your coffee and a speedy service if you choose to take away. The staff are always so friendly and chatty, maybe because I'm a regular customer, but it's always nice to be served by someone with a smile on their face. They have a great selection of coffees, cold drinks, good quality savoury food (hot and cold) and cakes all on display and at reasonable prices. Good disabled access with only a slight ramp and double doors to enter/exit and plenty of room once inside.

Popped in for a couple of coffees and a sandwich. Didn’t wait long and the service was quick. Friendly staff, clean tables, better atmosphere than the Carr Street branch in Ipswich town centre.
