I wish there were more than 5 stars I could give this restaurant. The food was outstanding and incredibly authentic, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The dishes are flavorful without being overly spicy and have a real home cooked quality to them. The restaurant offers a thali system with unlimited refills, which makes the experience even better. This is a hidden gem in one of my favorite neighborhoods in London and an absolute must visit!

Beautiful food! I could've tried everything on the but I went with the 3 curries Thali (pictured) and a spicy chicken roti (shared). Great flavours, authentic and good portions. The food is cooked fresh. Staff were very friendly. It's a small menu but so what they have is done well and with love. The tables could be bit cleaner but that's my only constructive criticism. Really nice overall. Great small business feel 👌🏾

Great well rounded place situated in a nice corner of Angel. The people are great and the way the upstairs seated area overlooks the streets is also a great vibe. The Thali is really good with each curry adding to the meal. The rolls they offer are also great, but can be a bit on the spicy side for an unseasoned tougue. Not the best sri lankan food I've ever had, but keep in mind this is more of a cafe than a proper sit down restaurant, so for what it is, I thought their offering was great.

So good I came back twice within two days! My first day here I had the fish roti, which is a dry fish curry wrapped in thin roti. It was so yummy. My second day here, I had the curry and rice mix where you pick 3 curries and it’s served with rice. I had the chicken curry, mushroom and beans. I never had mushroom curry before and it was surprisingly good! And the thing is they don’t charge service charge here even though they serve the food to your table. It’s a perfect place if you would like a quick lunch/dinner or snack. Highly recommended.
