We always order from Azeems, this time it was absolutely terrible , I think they must’ve changed the chef because our usual order of a chicken Buna was very watery and tasteless , The poppadoms were Not edible rubbery and stale , when I rang up to complain, I was told just to tell them next time I ordered that I wasn’t happy with my previous order , this is not acceptable as we have been a customer for the last 10 years Please do not order from here Unless you want stale poppadoms and a curry that you didn’t order , The food was terrible, and it’s usually lovely . Really nice food and atmosphere. Staff were so lovely, charming and polite and professional. It was really busy (no wonder) and the service never missed a beat. The food. The food was all hot and delicious. We ordered Chef Special Handi and Chicken Tikka Paneer and both were excellent. We parked on a side street around the corner easily.

Very disappointed with my experience at Azeem’s Restaurant Keighley. I ordered biryani but what I received was more like poor-quality pulao with an unpleasant taste. The food looked unhygienic and not fresh at all. This is not acceptable, especially when customers are paying full price expecting proper quality. I did not enjoy the food and had to waste it. I would appreciate it if the restaurant contacts me to resolve this issue and offer a refund. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this place to others.”

Although the food was good, we were a nd the waiters were attentive, we were a party of 9 coming from Bradford. Immediately we sat down, poppadoms were placed immediately on the table, with pickle trays, without our request. We assumed this was a gratuity for free, as for one we didn't order them. At the end, the bill was charged for them. The senior waiter was adamant we must pay it and it was well over £10 extra. So warning do not accept poppadoms if they are put on the table.
