- A nice and big branch of M&S. - You get what you expect from a big M&S. - There is also a very nice M&S cafe area at the back - the coffee here is great! (We had a latte and a decaf latte. The decaf one was slightly weak so we had to order an extra espresso shot which made it perfect. The normal latte was just awesome!) - There are quite a lot of parking spaces + a payable underground parking.

Very limited length for women’s trousers. Only see to have long in the larger size of women’s pants which seems a bit bias towards sizes. When paying for my items I wasn’t even offered a bag and had to ask for it twice as the cashier couldn’t believe I wanted a bag for 1 item. Very disappointing with service and products.

Store layout somewhat haphazard but food hall very good. Car parking dreadful with spaces barely wide enough for cars! I paid for parking but didn't know this charge could be redeemed from my bill!! Think I might be sticking to my local M and S

Love m&s cafe. Today one poor soul was doing everything... Till, food, all drinks, carrying food. TOOK FOREVER. 4 people before me, over 20 minutes wait. Possibly some help when busy and alone??
